Unity Of Things

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INTERNET OF THINGS "IoT"

The Internet of Things will change the way humans interact with all physical “Things” and/or “Everything” around them and in most cases will not even be aware of the technology as it is becoming more and more pervasive. This been said there will still be many proprietary silo technologies and services to deal with while the aim is to create unity or groupings that simplify all the various “Things” that humans need to interact with.

The inventor Terry Ashwin, calls this stage after the chaos of the Internet of Things, the “Unity of Things™” (“UoT”) and focuses a large part of his current work on the development of a simple non-intrusive ways for humans to interact with everything around them. The Unity of Things™ will bring back simplicity and balance the two components that will be desperately needed. Terry just finished one of the foundational components of the Unity of Things™ the end result of 30 years of work.

A brand new fifth generation foundational RF Technology, an enabler allowing solution architects to easily build products to a myriad of challenges in virtually every industry you can think of in no time. It consists of all the modules required to build hundreds of diverse applications. Each of these applications potentially a business in own right. The magic is the golden thread that link things, assets and humans in a homogeneous way. It is not often any more in today’s world that inventors design something unique using standard components available to every other designer but by keeping it very simple he achieved the best power usage / range / update frequency / data size / cost ratio ever achieved in this type of technology. Allowing for mass roll-out and linking devices to the Internet that would not have been economically viable before.

The Unity of Things UoT allow multiple devices to connect together in groups or units, using the highly secure foundational technology. Instead of interacting or dealing with individual devices, assets or things the owner manages the unit. These units develop their own internal intelligence and become interdependent. The owner has a similar identity and units or groups respond to the owner in a learnt way. The units keep track of devices in the unit / group and alert the owner on predefined or out of the norm events.

The UoT will create a society where people will not have to spend time and energy on protecting and managing “things”, assets and devices. Policing of physical assets will become largely obsolete as these assets will be totally monitored, managed and even rendered non-functional outside of its group / unit. The Unity of Things™ in essence unites everything in a person’s world into logical group or unit. These units / groups can include assets, devices, services, data and even currency.

This is no longer a dream but already a reality. Previous generation technology has been in the market for the last fifteen years with installations around the globe while U+Link™ is already catching up.
